At El Campillo we grow fodder for hay crop,
mainly alfalfa, and cereals and pulses for
animal feed, exclusively using organic matter
from our animals suitably composted as
fertiliser for our fields. |

We have organised and reforested extensive areas of our highland, and for more than 10 years now have planted and preserved a forestry area of 30,000 trees. We maintain and support a typical Mediterranean highland where our goats graze, mainly on aromatic plants, rosemary, thyme, lavender… which through their essential oils balance their daily nutrition. |
